Ordering your pavers

Measure the area in square-foot you wish to pave, our product page shows the total approximate coverage area as you select how many boxes you wish to purchase. Please ensure you consider cuts and wastage (typically 10%) in your requirements.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We use Paypal secure payment gateway which accepts all major credit cards.

How long will delivery take?

Standard delivery will normally take 5-7 business days, express delivery is optional. If for any reason we have an issue with your order we will inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Your order will be delivered by a 3rd party trucking company as curbside delivery only. Please advise at checkout if you have any access restrictions.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Once we receive your order, we will pick and pack in preparation for shipment, once your order is ready for shipment, we will contact you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once confirmed and payment has cleared your order will be confirmed by email – from us at exterior pavers. Please also check your junk box if you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours.

Complaints

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us at info@exteriorpavers.com detailing your issue and a photographic description if possible. Please check all goods before fitting as we are unable to accept any claims after the tiles have been installed.

Please Note:

  • Due to the nature of the design the images for each product are a representation. We advise to blend the pavers to ensure you are happy visually before final application.
  • Goods must be checked prior to installation. If there are any doubts about the suitability of the goods, please contact us prior to installation. Claims cannot be accepted after installing the products. 
  • We we have a fast turnover of goods which prevents us accepting surplus products unless our warehouse has the same shade/calibre in stock.

Size & Shading

All our porcelain pavers comply with EN14411. Our porcelain pavers are rectified, and due to the nature of the design, the images for each product are representations. We advise blending them visually before the final application, this will ensure that you are happy with any tonal variation. Dry laying will also allow you to determine which tiles you can select for the external cuts of your project.
